Spring is in the air, the perfect time to introduce an exotic cocktail! The CocoRico is inspired by the Piña Colada and is prepared with Bush Triple, brown rum, Amaretto and pineapple puree. The Bush Triple is perfect for this cocktail thanks to the rich aromas of yellow fruit (banana and pineapple).

Ingredients :

  • 3cl brown rum
  • 1,5cl Amaretto
  • 4cl coconut puree
  • 17,5cl Bush Blonde

Recept :

  1. Pour 1.5 cl Amaretto into a shaker filled with ice cubes
  2. Add 3 cl of brown rum
  3. Pour 4 cl coconut puree into the shaker
  4. Add 17.5 cl Bush of Tripel
  5. Shake the cocktail using the throwing method (Use two shakers. Fill one of them with ice cubes. Transfer the ingredients from one shaker to the other, holding the ice cubes with a cocktail strainer.)
